HOW CAN I PAY?
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. You can place your order securely on the website, or by calling us on (818) 370-2940 You can also pay for your order using Paypal.
WHERE IS MY ORDER?
You will be emailed tracking information once your order is shipped. If you have any further queries you can contact email@example.com
CAN I ADD ITEMS TO AN EXISTING ORDER?
No, once an order has been placed we cannot add additional items to it. If you would like any additional items, however, please place another order on the website or call us on (818)-370-2940. If we can include your new order in the same shipment, we will be happy to refund the shipping costs, in any, for the additional item. If the initial order had free shipping and the additional item includes shipping the shipping charges will apply for the whole order.
WILL MY PRINT BE SIGNED AND/OR EDITIONED?
ONLY Limited Edition prints and original artworks will be numbered and signed by the artist.
DO YOU KNOW WHAT EDITION I WILL RECEIVE?
If you'd like to confirm which edition number you'll receive or request a specific edition number for a special occasion, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
DO YOUR PRICES CHANGE OVER TIME?
All prices are subject to change. We retain the right to adjust prices at any given moment.

THIS IS A GIFT, DO YOU INCLUDE THE PRICE WITHIN THE PACKAGE?
We do not include a price nor an invoice within any of our shipments. If you would like to include a handwritten note within your order, please email your order number and message to firstname.lastname@example.org
THE ITEM I WANT IS SOLD OUT. WHAT NOW?
We do not re-release or restock limited edition prints once they are sold out. If you are inquiring about Anja Whitemyer interior product please email email@example.com
CAN I HAVE ANJA WHITEMYER STUDIO CREATE A BESPOKE ARTWORK?
Yes, Anja Whitemyer is available to create personalized bespoke artwork.
HOW CAN I ENSURE AUTHENTICITY OF ARTWORKS?
All limited edition prints are numbered and signed by the artist. Authenticity Certificate can be sent out on request. Please email us on Anjaw3@mac.com
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
Yes, you can return or exchange any item purchased over the phone or on our website within 14 days of receipt, given it is in the original packaging and in unused condition.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ORDER?

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Please allow 7 working days for your print to arrive, and 10 -14 days if it is framed. For all other order that we have in stock, please allow 5-10 working days. If we don't have you item in stock we will email you to let you know how long the wait will be. For an update on the progress on your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
CAN YOU SPEED UP DELIVERY?

LIMITED EDITION PRINTS
WHERE CAN I SEE ANJA WHITEMYER’S ON DISPLAY?
The work is on display at our own gallery at our studio which you are welcome to visit.
HOW DO I CLEAN MY FRAMED PRINT?
Glass may be cleaned with a basic glass cleaner. Use a lint-free cloth to clean surface but make sure to spray cleaning solution on the cloth—not the art itself. To keep the framework clean, dust regularly with lint-free cloth.
CAN I PURCHASE A HI-RES IMAGE TO PRINT MYSELF OR PRINT ONTO A CANVAS?
We do not license our images for others to print.
DOES ANJA WHITEMYER DONATE PRINT TO CHARITY?
Yes, on occasion, we donate prints for charities. If you would like to be considered for a donation please email us at email@example.com and we are happy to look at your request. Please note that, unfortunately, we cannot accommodate all requests.
